2009 Merit Badge College
February 2009
A couple of merit badge counselors asked:
Scoutmasters - please have your scouts make sure they have completed the prerequisite requirements before they come to the merit badge college. Mainly going to a public meeting for communications and citizenship in the community. The counselors use class time to review these requirements and if they are not complete it makes it hard on them.
